Buying Procedure

Thank you again for your interest on the product. 

Please follow the steps below to proceed with the order. 

1. Measure the width and height of the area for the blinds to be covered. Alternatively you may refer to your floor plan so that you have a size to purchase the blind.                        
2. Once we received your order, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a site evaluation to take measurement and explain any issues, should there be any. Refer to the warranty page with regards to the discrepancies and installation.                   
3. When site measurement is done, both parties will discuss and confirmed the measurement and installation locations, etc. The work order can then be proceed for manufacturing and installation date to be arranged.                                                            
4. The warranty will start upon the completions of blinds installation.
